Poverty Eradication and Housing Provide houses to the homeless through schemes like LIFE Mission, and ensure employment and income for the poor through the employment guarantee scheme (MGNREGS).
Waste Management Keep the panchayat clean by strengthening source-level waste management and Haritha Karma Sena operations through programs like 'Malinyamukta Navakeralam'.
Women, Child and Senior Citizen Welfare Supervision of Anganwadis, welfare schemes for senior citizens and differently-abled, and support for Kudumbashree activities for women empowerment.
Agricultural and Industrial Progress Assist local farmers, promote agriculture, and stimulate the local economy by providing permissions and assistance to small-scale enterprises.
Digitalization Make panchayat services completely online through systems like K-SMART, making certificates and permissions quickly available to the people.
